SLATS is the new site for the Alternative Program and the HiSET Program. 

The Alternative Program, formerly CAPS, is where all students are encouraged to take advantage of this great educational opportunity being offered. Success in this program is directly related to accepting responsibility and putting forth effort daily. Success in the programs offered at SLATS Alternative will help to prepare you for life after school, as you will become our leaders and workers of tomorrow. Attendance, behavior, participation, and commitment to coursework in the assigned classes will be critical to success.

The staff, faculty, and administration look forward to working with each alternative student. We hope you take pride in education, take responsibility for your actions, and remember that you have the potential to be successful.

The HiSET Program gives students in Grades 9-12 the opportunity to take classes in a blended environment. Students may pursue a skill in areas such as Child Care, ProStart, Carpentry, and Welding at our campus. Students pursuing a skill will have to attend those classes in person daily.
